Open-style case for VisionFive 2 SBC 

Laser cut from acrylic. Various colors available. 

May be compatible with other 100x74mm SBCs with the same hole pattern. 

Provided photos are of transparent dark red prototypes. I will post photos of other colors upon request. 

Colors can be mixed, for a different bottom and top color - just leave a note while checking out. 

Top Plate Styles:

See photos for the various plate styles.

• 80mm Fan - mount for 80mm PC case fan. No GPIO cutout.
• 60mm Fan - mount for 60mm PC case fan. GPIO and boot selection is cut out.
• Blank - Another bottom plate, just mounted up top. No GPIO cutout.
• Mounting / Ventilation Holes - fanless plate with 2.5mm and 3mm mounting holes.
  Meant for DIY projects. Has 58mm x 49mm M2.5 hole pattern for Pi hats.
  Pi hat operation is DIY and up to you. GPIO and boot selection is cut out.
  
  
• Two extra plates - You will get 3x total plates, by default all fan types and holes type.
  For a different configuration, leave a comment in the order.
• Three extra plates - You will get 4x total plates, by default one of each kind available.
  For a different configuration, leave a comment in the order.

Assembled dimensions:

106mm long
80mm wide
36mm or 58mm tall

Assembled case is 3mm longer in each dimension than the VF2 PCB.
Can be stood upright over either short edge, even over the microSD card slot edge.

4x 8mm M2.5 allen screws
8x 20mm M2.5 M-F standoffs
4x 9mm M2.5 F-F standoffs

Assembly instructions:

1. Thread 4x 20mm standoff from the top side of the VF2 into 9mm standoff on the bottom side of the VF2 at the outer holes. Tighten, but don't over-tighten.
2. If assembling with a recessed fan, thread M2.5 nut on each remaining 20mm standoff, then screw standoff and nut into mounted 20mm standoff.
3. Peel backing from plates.
4. With screw recesses facing outward, screw bottom plate into bottom standoffs with 6mm screws.
5. If mounting a fan, mount it on the desired side and in the desired orientation.
6. With screw recesses facing outward, screw top plate into bottom standoffs with 8mm screws.

Personalization:

I can engrave customer provided SVGs or text of your choice on the bottom and/or top plates. Design time is not included, but simple designs (a single SVG, name, etc) are done for free. Can cut out smiple line logos like RV logo rather than engrave if you wish. A proof will be provided before fabrication. Leave any personalization notes in the order details.
